These terms govern your use of Ticket Manager (ticketmanager.live), a ticket inventory and sales management service provided by EvG Events & Hospitality Ltd ("we", "us"). When you use the service, your contract is with EvG Events & Hospitality Ltd.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
2. The service
Ticket Manager lets you record and manage ticket inventory, memberships, customers, sales, deliveries and related links for football, concerts and sporting events. Ticket Manager is a software tool; it does not itself sell event tickets.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any event organiser's or venue's terms where that is unlawful;
- fraud, spam or impersonation;
- infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- interfering with security — uploading malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, scraping, or attempting unauthorised access;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits.
5. Intellectual property
EvG Events & Hospitality Ltd owns the service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You keep ownership of the data you enter and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewal, tax and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew weekly until cancelled. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
7. Service level
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
9. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
